ATTENDANCE
- 1. I can no longer attend the conference. Can someone take my place?
- There will be no fee for substitutions or changes to registrations received 14 days or more prior to the Event. Substitutions or changes to registrations received within 14 days will incur an administration fee of $75.
- Substitutions or changes received within 48 hours of the Event will not be accepted.
- Please email us at events@nzprivatecapital.nz to discuss.

- 3. How do I know which other events I am registered for to attend?
- E-mail confirmation will be sent if you have been registered for other pre-conference events (Wednesday 23 October.) Also your app will feature the icons of the events you’re registered to attend.
- The welcome networking on Wednesday, conference day sessions and conference dinner on Thursday are for all registered delegates to attend.
- 4.How shall I dress for the conference and social events?
- Business casual. Queenstown temperatures in October are still mild-cool, especially in the evenings, so pack extra layers and a coat.
CONFERENCE APP
- 1.How do I download the conference app?
- If you are registered to attend the conference, you will be sent an email invitation and link to download the app.
- 2. Where do I find my QR code for conference check-in?
- In the app under ‘My QR Code’. Scan your QR code at one of the kiosks. Our event staff will be on-hand to assist if required.
- 3.How can I contact other delegates?
- Click on the Attendee List icon and send a message within the app. Only those who have allowed visibility and messaging can be contacted.
- 4. Why can’t I see my profile on the Attendee List?
- Head to your account settings under ‘My Event’ and check your privacy settings. Only those who have allowed visibility will appear on the Attendee List.
- 5. Can I take notes on the app?
- Yes, they will be saved under ‘My Event’ and can be exported to your email address. Make sure you do this within a month of the conference ending, before the app is closed.
CONFERENCE LOCATIONS:
- 1.Where is the conference being held?
- Ayrburn, Ayr Ave, Arrowtown
- 2.When and where can I collect my conference lanyard?
- At the check-in kiosks, simply scan the QR code on your conference app.
- Please note, your lanyard can only be issued to the individual named and cannot be collected on your behalf.
- 3.Where are the welcome drinks?
- Under construction. Information coming.
- 4.Where is the conference dinner?
- Under construction. Information coming.
- 5.Can I make my own way to the conference dinner?
- Because of the unique nature of this location and health and safety requirements, guests are required to be transported to the event in the arranged shuttles. Shuttles will return guest to Queenstown village after the dinner.
- 6.Is there a dress code for the conference dinner?
- Warm, business casual attire is appropriate.
- Footwear must be flat - no heels will be permitted at this location.
CONFERENCE CATERING
- 1.What catering is being provided at the conference?
- This section is under construction. Information coming. style lunch is provided for all registered delegates at the Bazaar Restaurant on Level 6.
- 2.Will my dietaries be catered for?
- When you first log into your app, make sure that your dietary requirements are listed on your profile under the ‘My Event’ icon. We will do our best to cater for all dietary needs, but please see one of the event staff onsite if you have any questions.
