NZ Venture Summit 2025 FAQ's 

• 1. I can no longer attend. Can someone take my place? 
• Requests for changes made before Tuesday 18 March will be permitted if the change is within your organisation. Please email us at events@nzprivatecapital.nz to discuss.

• 2. How do I download the summit app? 
• If you are registered to attend the summit, you will be sent an invitation and link to download the app on Thursday 20 March.

• 3. Is there arranged transport to Man O’War?
• A chartered vessel will transport guests directly to and from Man O’ War. This is the fastest way to the location and is included in your summit ticket. Please arrive at Pier 4, Auckland Downtown ferry terminal by 8:45am for a 9am departure. 
• All details are on the app under the ‘Transport’ icon.

• 4.  Can I make my own way? 

     Yes, however take into account that Man O’ War is another 40 minutes by car from the Matiatia ferry terminal where the public ferry docks. 

• 5. Where do I find my summit ticket?
• You have a personal QR Code on your app that you will need to scan to board the chartered vessel. Make sure you have your app downloaded for an efficient boarding process.

• Your lanyard will need to be collected at 8.45am from Pier 4 before you board the vessel.

• 6. What happens if I miss the chartered vessel? 
• If unforeseen circumstances occur the alternative would be to use the Fullers Passenger Ferry, you would then need to organise transport from Matiatia Bay to Man O' War Bay which is a 40 minute drive. 

• 7. Can I contact other delegates?
• All guests should be visible and contactable on the app under the ‘Attendee List’ icon. If you cannot see a particular individual, then their preferences have been set to ‘private’. Settings can be managed under the ‘My Account’ icon.

• 8. Is there wifi at Man O’ War? 
• Due to capacity limits, it is recommended to use your mobile data, rather than rely on venue wifi. Most mobile data networks have good 3G and 4G coverage at Man O' War and is reliable in most areas.

• 9. Who do I talk to about my dietaries? 
• Dietary information is collected when you register, please double check your dietaries in the app under your profile. We can not guarantee your dietary meal if this hasn't been communicated or updated in the app at least 14 days before the Venture Summit. Please email events@nzprivatecapital.nz with your requirements as soon as possible or with any questions.

• 10. How shall I dress for the summit? 
• Smart casual. Bring something warm for al fresco dining and for the private vessel heading home. Suitable footwear for uneven surfaces on the island is recommended.

• 11. What time will we be back after the summit dinner? 
• The chartered vessel departs Man O 'War at 9pm, arriving at Auckland Downtown at approximately 10pm.
